Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Blerdly dating profile. You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person or create an account for someone else without authorization.

2. Your account and profile

• Keep your sign-in method secure and do not share access to your account.
• Use photos and profile content you have the right to upload.
• Do not intentionally misrepresent your identity, age, relationship intentions, or other material profile information.
• Blerdly may require profile information, photo review, and a fresh video-selfie challenge before you can use dating features.
• You may not submit edited, replayed, borrowed, synthetic, or AI-generated footage as identity-verification evidence.

3. Respectful use

You may not use Blerdly to threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, defraud, spam, discriminate against, or otherwise harm another person. Sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, hate-based abuse, violent threats, scams, solicitation of minors, and attempts to evade safety controls are prohibited.

4. Matching and communication

A match means two accounts expressed mutual interest. A verification badge means the account completed Blerdly's current verification check; it does not guarantee a person's legal name, background, intentions, safety, relationship outcomes, or the truthfulness of every statement. Use your own judgment when communicating or meeting offline.

5. Moderation and enforcement

Blerdly may review reports, profile content, and identity-verification submissions and may restrict visibility, reject photos or verification evidence, suspend accounts, ban accounts, preserve relevant records for safety review, or take other reasonable action to protect users and the service. Automated screening may reject a clear photo violation or pause an account for human review. A person still approves uncertain photos and compares the video-selfie check.

6. Location and safety

Nearby features are designed to show rounded distance or location context rather than another user's exact coordinates. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, expose, or misuse another person's location or private information.

7. Service availability

Blerdly may change, test, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features identified as preview, beta, or experimental may change materially before general release.

8. Anime Me and in-app purchases

On the web, Anime Me is included during this public launch and does not require a separate purchase. Generation remains rate-limited and every portrait is moderated before other members can see it. Blerdly may later require a web payment for Anime Me; if that happens, the purchase terms will be shown before you are charged.

In the iPhone app, Anime Me Credit is a consumable in-app purchase that creates one AI-generated portrait from an eligible approved profile photo. Apple shows the local price and asks for confirmation before charging. A completed generation consumes one credit even when the portrait is still awaiting moderation or is later rejected under Blerdly's safety rules. If Blerdly records a technical generation failure, the app is designed to return that credit automatically.

Apple credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are tied to the Blerdly account used for the Apple purchase. Payments and eligible refund requests for Apple purchases are handled under Apple's App Store terms and applicable law. Deleting an account does not convert unused consumable credits into cash or transfer them to another account.

9. Account deletion

You may request deletion through available account controls. Blerdly will remove the account and associated application data according to the deletion workflow, subject to limited retention that may be required for fraud prevention, safety investigations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement records.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

Blerdly is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blerdly does not warrant that another user's identity, statements, conduct, or intentions are accurate or safe. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
