Be real

• Use your own account and photos you have the right to share.
• Do not impersonate another person or intentionally misrepresent your age or identity.
• Do not use fake profiles, deceptive links, scams, or financial manipulation.
• Complete required video-selfie challenges honestly. Edited, replayed, borrowed, or AI-generated verification footage is prohibited.

Verification helps, but stay alert

Blerdly requires identity verification before dating access. New profile photos are screened automatically for explicit content, graphic violence, and a possible minor. A confident ordinary adult photo can be approved automatically. Clear violations are rejected, a possible minor pauses the account for review, and uncertain photos stay in a human queue. During Alpha 1, an authorized moderator still checks a fresh video-selfie challenge against approved profile photos. A verified badge means that check passed; it does not guarantee a person's name, background, intentions, or future behavior. Keep personal and financial information private, use in-app safety tools, and follow safe meeting practices.

Respect consent and boundaries

• A match is permission to start a conversation, not permission for sexual content, harassment, or pressure.
• Stop contacting someone when they clearly ask you to stop.
• Never share another person's private messages, intimate images, or identifying information without permission.

No hate, threats, or targeted abuse

Blerdly does not allow threats of violence, stalking, targeted harassment, hate-based attacks, dehumanizing content, or encouragement of harm against an individual or protected group.

No sexual exploitation or minors

Blerdly is 18+ only. Sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, sextortion, non-consensual intimate content, or requests for such material are prohibited and may be escalated as required by law.

No spam or platform abuse

• Do not mass-message, repeatedly send the same message, scrape profiles, automate swiping, or attempt to overwhelm Blerdly systems.
• Do not try to bypass blocks, suspensions, bans, photo or identity review, rate limits, or other safety controls.
• Do not use Blerdly primarily to sell products, recruit into schemes, or redirect users into suspicious services.

Meeting offline

• Take time to get to know someone before meeting.
• Consider meeting in a public place and telling a trusted person where you will be.
• Arrange your own transportation when possible and keep control of your personal belongings and devices.
• If something feels unsafe, leave and use Blerdly's block/report tools when appropriate.

Reports and enforcement

You can report concerning profiles or conversations and block users from further interaction. Blerdly may review available account, profile, message, and safety information and may reject photos, limit visibility, suspend accounts, ban accounts, or preserve relevant records for investigation.

Immediate danger

Blerdly is not an emergency service. If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement agency first.
